We operate as an online flooring retailer. Our registered office is not advertised as a public walk-in showroom or customer collection point.
Please contact us before planning a visit. Customers should not travel to supplier depots to collect orders.

Please include your order number and a brief description of your enquiry. If you are reporting damaged or incorrect goods, photographs are helpful where available.
Returns
Contact us for the correct return address and transport instructions before dispatching goods. The registered office address should not be used for flooring returns without checking with us.
This does not make a valid statutory cancellation subject to our approval.
