We offer nationwide UK delivery using trusted courier partners. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode, product width (4 m or 5 m), and total area.

What You’ll See at Checkout

• 4 m widths: standard delivery from £39.95.
• 5 m widths: oversized van delivery from £79.95.
• Remote areas: BT, GY, JE, IM, HS, ZE include a regional surcharge.
• Small orders: ≤ 12 m² include a small-order handling fee.
• Nationwide cap: we cap rates to keep delivery fair; the final rate is shown before payment.

Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Cut-to-size carpets are dispatched directly from our depot/supplier network.

Delivery Windows

Delivery times vary by location and courier routing. We’ll confirm once your order is booked for delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed, the courier will attempt re-delivery or arrange collection at the nearest depot.

Samples

Sample kits (launching soon) will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.
